ZOOM Mtg: Self-Care for Activists

April 13 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Free

Liz Schmitt from the Union of Concerned Scientists will interview Dr. Kathleen Smith, licensed therapist and author of “Everything Isn’t Terrible,” about how we can take good care of ourselves as activists during this pandemic and the social isolation it necessitates. Because the work we do as activists is important, but so is our own well-being. Dr. Smith will answer questions submitted in advance as well as live on Zoom, so we can address our needs in our own lives and in our activism.
