Please don’t bring jello or marshmallows since they contain gelatin, which is a meat product. Thanks! Each person’s food offering should be large enough to provide servings for at least 6 to 8 people. Please bring cold dishes cold and hot dishes hot, and serving utensils if possible. If you’d like, please bring your recipes to share. Our dinner will again be vegan which means no dairy or eggs in addition to no flesh foods (meat, fish or fowl). A vegan dinner means all food will be cruelty-free and everyone can eat everything! If you need help with recipe ideas or substitutions, call Nan Simpson at the number above. It’s easy to use soy margarine and soy milk in recipes, traditional Thanksgiving side dishes, pasta and rice dishes, or vegan desserts.
